ABOUT RoHS

A directive on restrictions on the use of specific hazardous substances contained in electrical and electronic equipment that was launched in the EU. The RoHS Directive (2002/95/EC) is effective from July 2006 and is now revised to 2011/65/EU on July 1, 2011. Four substances, specific phthalates, that were considered as additionally regulated chemical substances were added to the scope of the regulation. (2015/863/EU)
